You can cancel your subscription at any time. Due to the usage charges we pay to our LLM provider, we do not provide refunds for any subscription plans, whether monthly or yearly. Please make sure to cancel your subscription.

You may use Supatest for personal and commercial purposes in a fair and reasonable manner. Any usage that significantly exceeds the average usage of other Supatest's customers, to the extent that it impacts Supatest's ability to provide its service to other customers, is considered not fair or reasonable. If your usage significantly exceeds your quota, you may experience errors or disruption in your chatbot's performance. We will make every effort to notify you well before you reach your usage limit to prevent any disruption to your service. In the event of continued excessive use, we reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to prevent abuse, including but not limited to, modifying your usage or charging for the excessive use.

Supatest may revise these terms of service for its platform at any time without notice. By using this platform you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.
10. Governing Law
